REDUCE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
  • Sustainable Agriculture

    Our approach to Sustainable Agriculture covers four key areas: Biodiversity & Soil Health, Fertiliser Reduction, Water Stewardship, and Sustainable Sourcing. We will aim to source 100% of our raw materials sustainably by 2030.
  • Food Waste

    We are committing to the development of new ways of managing fruit and vegetables in our operations and supply chains. Our goal is to halve food waste in our own operations by 2030 and achieve zero food waste by 2025
  • Packaging

    We are committed to reducing the amount of packaging on our products where feasible, and ensuring that all plastic packaging we do use is reusable, recyclable, or compostable by 2025. We are also working to eliminate problematic or unnecessary plastic packaging by 2025, and to increase the amount of recycled content in our packaging to 30% by 2025.
  • Climate Change

    We are committed to moving to renewable electricity across our business. We will improve efficiencies, move to 100% renewable energy across our business where possible and become carbon neutral by 2030.
  • Efficient Operations

    We will achieve our targets by designing and operating efficient offices and manufacturing sites, using resources responsibly, eliminating waste and minimizing our greenhouse gas footprint.

  • Human Rights Risk

    We will mitigate, address and prevent all forms of forced labour in our own operations and supply chains by 2025. In order to prevent adverse impacts on people, we will proactively practise human rights due diligence.
  • Fairness in the workplace

    Striving to create a fair, welcoming and non-discriminatory workplace for all. Addressing and removing barriers to ensure all our people are provided with equal opportunity
  • Gender Equality

    Working to eliminate the gender pay gap and increase the proportion of women in senior leadership positions. Ensuring we support parents and flexible working policies.

    Encouraging open dialogue and meaningful engagement with our workforce. Ensuring all workers can raise issues with effective feedback loops and access to remedy in place.
